Outlines on the Web

During the final session of BloggerCon yesterday, which I watched over the web, Dave Winer solidified his position as a leading advocate of outlining. He constructed this document in real-time while we watched. I have never liked working that way, but if you do, Chad Everett has created Outliner 1.0, an outlining plugin for movable type. It will be interesting to see how this develops.
