WordPress 1.2 Released

The 1.2 version of WordPress is now available. Upgrading consisted of unzipping the archive, deleting the index file it contained (so as not to overwrite my current one), and ftping the contents up to the server. Couldn’t be simpler. I also took the opportunity to make a donation to WordPress this morning. I didn’t make the gesture Mark did, but I used the current Movable Type Pricing (not counting the upgrade or introductory specials) . So the pricetag was actually more, but then that doesn’t take into account the lack of limits… Oh, and Mena says they have made a decision on the new pricing for MT. I am definitely curious to see how that comes out.
