Computer Redo

I just spent the last 24 hours or so preparing for and then actually reloading Windows and a core set of my favorite applications on to my nearly 2-year-old workstation. Most everything went well, although getting drivers from Gateway can be a much bigger pain than it needs to be and tilting it at just the right angle so I could read the Windows key off the label is such a joy. But now it is running hale and hearty and detrious-free. Whether or not is faster, it always seems faster, at least for a little while.
